www.securetradein.com allows customers to trade used electronic devices for cash. We reserve the right to alter, cancel, or amend the program at any time. All pricing quoted is valid for 30 days from the date of a customer registration via our web site. Device pricing updates that occur after a device is sent in will not affect the value of the device, provided we receive the device within 30 days.

The use of www.securetradein.com is governed by the terms, policies and conditions set forth in this User Agreement ("Agreement").Please read this agreement carefully. Your registration and use of this site indicate your acceptance of these terms, policies and conditions. We may amend this agreement at any time by posting the amended terms on our site. Except as stated, the amended terms will become effective immediately after they are posted.

Qualified Users:

www.securetradein.com's services are available only to users who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. Our services are not available to minors. Customers must be 18 years old or older to use www.securetradein.com's services. Device trade-in requires acceptance of the user agreement with accurate and complete contact name, address, and e-mail address.

Use of www.securetradein.com may be terminated or suspended for noncompliance with this Agreement or to our policies and procedures. In addition, use of this site can be terminated for any reason we deem necessary, at our sole discretion, to protect ourselves and/or other users of the site.

Devices sent in for trade-in value must be in working condition. They must power-up and make an industry standard test call. Devices may not be broken, crushed, water damaged or have broken LCD's. Plastic cases must be complete and intact. www.securetradein.com reserves the right to discount otherwise working devices due to cosmetic flaws such as excessively scratched, worn or damaged plastic cases.

Each electronic device must have a valid Electronic Serial Number (ESN) or International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI). Devices with outstanding balances associated with the ESN number, or listed as lost or stolen cannot be accepted for trade-in. They will be recycled.

Battery chargers and related accessories have no value, but will be accepted and responsibly recycled.

Any handsets or other electronic devices sent to www.securetradein.com that have no value will be recycled in an environmentally responsible manner.

Checks will be issued within 4-6 weeks of the receipt of electronic devices. All pricing offers expire after 30 days. If there is a dispute in condition or regarding the make and model of device submitted, users may be notified by e-mail with the adjusted pricing offer, and ReCellular will process the device using the adjusted pricing.

All pricing offers are subject to change without notice. Confirmed trade pricing will be honored within the 30 day period regardless of current pricing.

If you are sent and accept an adjusted payment offer (due to an error in model identification, sending in the device past the 30 day window, or because the device is non-functional), you do not have to do anything.We will continue to process your device and send your payment at the adjusted amount.

If you do not accept the revised offer, you must respond within 48 hours notifying us to send the device back to you at our expense , should you so desire.

Deactivation of Devices Prior to Shipping:

It is the user's responsibility to deactivate service on all mobile or electronic devices prior to shipping to www.securetradein.com. www.securetradein.com will not be responsible for airtime or any other charges accrued prior to, during, or after any transaction. It is the responsibility of the original user and wireless carrier/service provider to resolve payment issues regarding any and all carrier-based service charges.

Customer Information/Data Privacy:

It is the responsibility of the user to remove any and all personal information from device memory and removable memory. This includes, but is not limited to: phonebook information, personal codes, e-mail addresses, personal addresses, IM addresses, photos, and downloaded files. Data Erasers for most phones can be found on www.securetradein.com website.
